This policy explains what Steven Rafael Fernandez ("we", "us") collects when you use stevenrafaelfernandez.com, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. Plain language, no games.
What you give us. When you register for the webclass we ask for your first name, last name, email address and phone number. If you reply to us, we keep that correspondence so we can hold a sensible conversation with you.
What your browser tells us. IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and how you arrived. This is standard traffic data collected through our website platform and analytics tools.
Cookies. We use cookies to keep the site working, to remember you between visits, and to measure which ads and posts actually bring people here. You can block cookies in your browser settings; parts of the site may stop working properly if you do.
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or your SMS consent with anyone for their own marketing. Your consent to receive texts from us stays with us and is never passed to a third party for that purpose.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for assistance. Opting out of texts does not remove you from email.
We share personal information only with service providers who help us run the business — our CRM and email/SMS platform, our website host, our analytics and advertising providers, and our payment processor where relevant. They may only use it to provide services to us.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it, to protect our legal rights, or in connection with a sale or transfer of the business.
We do not sell your personal information.
For as long as you're on our list, and afterwards only as long as we need it for legitimate business or legal reasons. Ask us to delete it and we will, subject to any records we're required to keep.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to opt out of marketing, and to be free from discrimination for exercising these rights. Residents of California, and residents of the EU and UK, have specific rights under the CCPA/CPRA and the GDPR respectively.

This site is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top. Material changes will be communicated to you directly.
